Working Group

The role of the Commercial Vehicle Working Group (CVWG) is to actively support the rapidly evolving freight carbon reduction agenda, in conjunction with the DfT and others’ net zero objectives. The CVWG provides the primary mechanism for Zemo Partnership members interested in freight decarbonisation and pollutant emissions reduction to engage in and plan our work programme, influence policy-making and collaborate with like-minded organisations and individuals. The CVWG meets up to four times a year online or in various locations all over the UK and its interests cover all forms of commercial vehicle not used for passenger transport, including vans, HGVs, refuse vehicles, refrigerated vehicles and others.
