The LowCVP hosted its first webinar on 23 October on the challenges involved in the introduction of electric vehicles. This live event, held in association with WhatGreenCar was attended by over 60 people and featured presentations by Paul Nieuwenhuis of Cardiff Business School and Catherine Hutt of the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders. It was chaired by the LowCVP Managing Director, Greg Archer, and Ben Lane, Managing Editor of WhatGreenCar. A recording of the event is now available. The LowCVP will be running further webinars in the coming months.

In feedback from those who attended the webinar, 75% rated the event a 4 or 5 (on a scale of 1 to 5) with 5 being 'very useful'.
In the coming months, the LowCVP is planning to run webinars on greener buses (see associated link), consumer information, low carbon vans and consumer labelling of vehicles.
