Norman Baker is the Liberal Democrats new transport spokesman as a result of the reshuffle following Nick Clegg's election as party leader. Steve Webb, who was in charge of the party's next election manifesto, is to be the LibDem's new environment spokesman.
Norman Baker was a long-serving spokesman on the environment for the Liberal Democrats and comes to the transport post with a detailed knowledge of the new brief from an environmental perspective.
Vince Cable remains Treasury Spokesman and Sarah Teather takes on business and enterprise.
The Lib Dem's frontbench team has expanded to 30, from 23 under the last leader, Sir Menzies Campbell. This means almost half of all the 63 Lib Dem MPs have places in the senior team.
