In a new report from the University of Washington, scientists claim to have found compelling new evidence of the presence of climate change through the analysis of satellite data. The findings, published in Nature magazine, reveal that temperatures in a critical part of the atmosphere are rising much faster than previously thought. This trend casts doubt on the theory that rising temperatures are a result of natural variation as the world emerges from a mini-ice age.
