The LowCVP has a new website with some new sections and enhanced functionality. The new site will continue to feature the latest news and other developments relating to low carbon vehicles and fuels. A new, upgraded e-newsletter is also introduced to bring the latest news  direct to your inbox.

The website includes a host of new features including: a 'Viewpoints' section containing agreed Partnership positions; an 'Events' area giving a quick guide to relevant upcoming conferences, seminars etc; an on-line opinion poll; a 'Members' Directory' for quick reference, including contact details for the LowCVP's near 250 members. The new site has an enhanced search function to enable visitors to have easy access to over 1000 items of news, reports and studies, LowCVP viewpoints, press releases, presentations, events, links and other documents and downloadable resources that are now available on the site.

All LowCVP member organisations have been sent a user id and password to enable them to access the new members-only area and to update their organisation's profile which appears in the Members Directory. The Members' Area will enable LowCVP members to access the latest minutes, agendas and working papers for past and upcoming meetings of the LowCVP's Board, Steering Group and the five Working Groups.

The new site also has the technology to enable the Partnership to carry out on-line surveys of the attitudes of  LowCVP members to the latest developments in the low carbon vehicles and fuels agenda.

Alongside the revamped LowCVP website, the Partnership also has a redesigned and upgraded e-newsletter. The newsletter continues to feature news and information on political, industrial and technological developments as well as events listings. All stories also include up to four onward links for more detailed or additional information.

All stories in the newsletter are now grouped into categories for easier reading. An additional feature is the inclusion of a 'Member Profile' providing information about one of the LowCVP's 250-strong organisation membership.

The LowCVP e-newsletter now has nearly 1100 subscribers. New subscribers can easily sign up through links available on the LowCVP website.
