LowCVP to host seminar programme at Sustainabilitylive! 2010 Exhibition - opens call for papers

The LowCVP is to run a one-day programme of seminars at the 2010 Sustainabilitylive! Exhibition which runs from 20 to 22 April next year at the NEC in Birmingham. The LowCVP is inviting members to submit proposals for seminar presentations on cutting carbon emissions from road transport. Sustainabilitylive! is host to five leading environmental exhibitions which attracted over 7,000 visitors to the NEC earlier this year.
The low carbon road transport seminar programme will take place on Tuesday 20 April, the first day of the event, in a purpose-built seminar theatre adjacent to the low carbon vehicles and technology display area. The seminars will each last around 30 minutes (with 15 minutes in between each one) and be free to delegates.
To be considered for the LowCVP's 2010 seminar programme at Sustainabilitylive! 2010, a brief synopsis (500 words max) should be submitted by Friday October 30, 2009 to: secretariat@lowcvp.org.uk
Topics which may be considered could be in the fields of: biofuels, the electrification of vehicles, dashboard indicators and other consumer information, energy efficient tyres/ other energy saving equipment, eco-driving, choosing a green car. Other topic areas may also be considered.
