The LowCVP is pleased to welcome two new members to the Secretariat team, which is based in central London. Isabella Appiana will provide maternity cover for Membership and Administration Coordinator Szilvia Libor while Dan Hayes joins the team on a six-month, part-time internship.

Isabella is a masters graduate in Culture, Policy and Management from City University and holds an undergraduate degree in Management Economics.

Her masters dissertation focused on demonstrating a link between environmental and cultural value in the framework of UK public policy. While she was a student, Isabella worked on a short-term assignment with the Greater London Authority, helping the Mayor's strategic team in delivering long-term cultural programmes across the city.

Isabella will be responsible for the Partnership's membership activities, so will be communicating regularly with LowCVP members and prospective members. She will also support the Secretariat team in a range of other administrative duties.

Dan Hayes has a Bachelors Degree in Nanotechnology (we understand this is about very small things!) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Renewable Energy and the Built Environment.

Dan will be an intern for the LowCVP for three days a week (normally Monday, Wednesday and Friday) for approximately six months (to Spring 2015). He will be involved in a range of LowCVP project activities and hopes to gain as much experience of the low carbon transport sector as he can.

All the Secretariat team send Szilvia the very best wishes for her maternity leave which begins at the start of December.
