Four winners of the LowCVP Low Carbon Champions Awards will be presenting the secrets of their success at seminars to be held as part of the Eco2 Transport Show which takes place from 16-18 November at the Earls Court 2 Exhibition Centre, London. The LowCVP Champions seminars take place alongside a range of other conference presentations and a show which includes over 100 exhibitors. The LowCVP Managing Director Greg Archer will also speak during one of the keynote sessions on the opening day of the event.
The LowCVP Low Carbon Champions seminars are sessions featuring winners of the Awards which were presented alongside the LowCVP Conference, held in July at Twickenham Stadium. The series of 30-minute seminars will take place on Wednesday November 17th from 11am.
The sessions include discussions about best practice in cutting carbon in the area of fuels (Patrick Lynch, Greenergy); green fleet policy (Hein du Plessis, Leaseplan); innovation (Tim Woolmer, Oxford Yasa Motors); and buses (Finn Coyle, Transport for London).
All the LowCVP Low Carbon Champions seminars and other Eco2 Conference sessions are free to attend.
Eco2 Transport is a major new exhibition and conferencing event. It is billed as an "act now", solutions-orientated, business-driven event for all organisations, both public and private sector, who wish to reduce their carbon footprint and cut their costs.
Through a comprehensive conference schedule of seminars, round-tables and panel discussions and an exhibition marketplace offering "act now" solutions, it will present both private and public sector organisations with the solutions to help reduce their carbon footprint and contribute to their bottom line growth.
Eco2 Transport will also incorporate Eco2 Innovation, which will showcase innovative low carbon technologies and initiatives within the transport and travel sector. In addition to raising end-user market awareness of developments which will affect their future procurement, it will also bring together OEMs, supply chain, technology companies, academic institutions and private sector financial and funding organisations, including clean-tech entrepreneurs and the venture capital community.
