European low emission vehicle project seeks survey input and other participation

Sun 12 December 2010 View all news

Clean Drive, a European project aimed at increasing take-up of low emission vehicles, is seeking the input of LowCVP newsletter readers to an online survey of stakeholder attitudes and views. The survey takes no more than 10 minutes to complete and all responses will be used to inform how the project's work programme will progress.

Clean Drive has two main aims. The first is to sign- up vehicle providers (sales, lease and fleet providers) to share their experiences and also identify approaches that will realise an increase in the number of low emission vehicles on our roads. The second aim is to utilise the expertise that exists in order that appropriate training, advice and legislative information is made available to those vehicle providers.

The Severn Wye Energy Agency (SWEA) is the lead partner for Clean Drive in the UK. There is an opportunity for individuals to join the network of experts that the SWEA (details via the assoicated website link) is bringing together to help inform the future work of this project. Anyone interested should contact Mike Brain, Head of Business Services at SWEA.
