According to the International Energy Agency, 10% of fuels must be low carbon by 2030 if we are to satisfy economic growth and with other measures - limit global warming to below 2°C.

Join the Low Carbon Transport: Engineering the Fuels of the Future seminar (9 July) to address developments in low carbon fuels, practical applications in the automotive and marine sectors and efforts to overcome the main engineering challenges to widespread adoption. The seminar will form part of a two-day fuels-focused event and is held in collaboration with the Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership's Future Fuels on the Road to Zero conference (8 July) which will focus on fuels policy.

A 20% discount will be available to delegates who book onto both the LowCVP Annual Conference and the Institution's Low Carbon Transport seminar. To book onto both events with a 20% discount, please email lowcvp@connectpa.co.uk and eventenquiries@imeche.org for more information.

Attend the Low Carbon Transport seminar to:

  • Learn from pioneers in the low carbon fuels sector including BP, E4tech, Shell, Cardiff University, Audi, JCB and Ricardo
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in low carbon fuels including current pathways and production to ensure your processes are cost-effective
  • Hear from OEMs about the practical applications of low carbon fuels in both passenger and off-highway vehicles
