Bringing together procurement professionals from across Europe, this workshop, which has been organised as part of the EC-funded Clean Fleets Project, will facilitate the exchange of knowledge, expertise and best practice about clean fleet procurement under the EC Clean Vehicles Directive (CVD).

With a presentation on the CVD from the European Commission’s Directorate General for Mobility and Transport, DG Move, this workshop will primarily focus on the procurement of electric vehicles (EV) and expansion of charging infrastructure.

Attendees will learn about different European municipal strategies and experiences in expanding EV charging infrastructure and use, in addition to exploring the impact of different national frameworks and levels of engagement with governments and the energy sector.

The workshop is open to public authorities and fleet operators in Europe, and other relevant stakeholders. This event is free, and limited travel and accommodation reimbursement is available.
