Description:
The LowCVP's Managing Director Andy Eastlake is among the speakers at this year's European Bus Forum, which will be held in Manchester on June 23rd. Produced by Eurotransport and hosted by Transport for Greater Manchester, this one-day conference and gala dinner, offers opportunities for collaboration and networking. A 20% discount on delegate fees is available for LowCVP members.
Buses can be a cleaner, safer and healthier alternative to car travel and play a significant role in reducing climate
change and other environmental objectives; in reducing congestion where they lead to modal shift and in
contributing to social inclusion by delivering accessibility, particularly for vulnerable groups.
The right structure for running this invaluable public transport system is imperative and with the recent debates of
re-regulation and the devolvement of funds from central Government, it really is time to focus on the bus.
Over 250 delegates from across Europe are expected to attend the event.
The delegate pass includes:
-
Access to all conference sessions
-
Refreshments on the day plus networking lunch
-
Ticket to networking charity dinner at Old Trafford, Manchester, for all Bus Operators, Local/Transport Authorities and Vehicle Manufacturers. Additional £65 to secure a place at the dinner for Bus Commercial Suppliers
-
Delegate pack including full conference programme and attendee list
